This is a United States Navy Helicopter Flight Helmet type SPH 4 likely made by Gentex, but there is no tag we can find on the interior. We believe this helmet is from the 1980s, or was possibly refurbished for use then, and it features rare early Rams Horn dual visors (one tint and one clear). Later examples with dual visors did not have the "horns" behind the visor assembly. The helmet is in overall very good
